Contributors emphasize concepts, methods, techniques, and results that advance knowledge, or are suitable for general application and use in the hydraulic engineering profession. Technical papers, notes, and professional discussions highlight hydraulic engineering issues ranging from short-term fluctuations in ground water to moment models of nonuniform channel-bend flow.
