Included in Science Citation Index Expanded from 2007 The Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine (CJIM) is managed by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and co-sponsored by the Chinese Association of the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine and the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Founded in 1995, it is a comprehensive English language journal on integrative Chinese and Western medicine (ICWM). It reports on scientific developments, experiences and achievements in clinical practice, scientific research, education and healthcare in China. CJIM focuses on achievements related to common and frequently encountered diseases, such as cardio-cerebrovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, respiratory disease and digestive disease, in order to explore the thought and methodology of ICWM. Articles on achievements in integrative medicine abroad are concerned with promoting academic exchange between Chinese scholars and scholars abroad.
